Facilitation

The role of the facilitator is examined from different angles. The focus is on preparing to facilitate a discussion, as well as the actual process of facilitating. Topics include: visualization, question techniques, facilitating techniques, and group dynamics.

Presentation

The aim of this training is learning how to use media for presentations (PowerPoint, flipchart), how to structure a presentation or a speech and how to deal with feedback. A large part of this is the analysis of body language, gestures, facial expressions, and posture. These skills are trained with the help of feedback and video recording.

Project Management

The basics of planning and carrying out a project are presented. With short presentations and team work in bonding-related case studies one can learn and apply the necessary methods as well as tips and tricks on how to successfully manage projects.

Communications

Target of this course is to spotlight everyday communications problems. Participants are encouraged to self-reflection and learn to understand causes for missunderstanding. Thus, they will be prepared to contribute to a more comprehensible communication.
